SD SPORTS INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT FOUNDER’S PROFILE
Molefi Samuel Leboko. AKA Coach Speedo.

It is a little something of the SD Sports International Management that we take great pleasure in sharing.
The Company is a dynamic, innovative, cohesive, proud of itself, a believer in its values and respectful of the world context where it carries its business.
It is a company with tradition, yet it has the modernity of one that is continually reinventing itself, with a triangular culture’
service and commitment to its clients or associates, the personal and professional development of its own clients and a strong appreciation, acknowledgement and creation of value for its members.
The quality of our leadership skill is directly related to the quality of finding solutions collectively as a team.
It is a little something of the SD Sports International Management that we take great pleasure in sharing and presenting on our website.
Yours Sincerely

Thank you for your interest in SD Sports International Management. My name is David Frank Ssenyonjo, a retired Ugandan international footballer based in South Africa and SD Sports International Management is a company registered by guarantee.
For almost 8 years (after football), I was employed in the Education field. I was a Maths and Economics teacher in the South African Private and Public High Schools while also multi- tasking as a Sports Coordinator in my former place of work (West Ridge High School) overseeing and programming most of the Sporting codes.
Following my great services, I was appointed as a regional Sports Coordinator on the Roodepoort Schools’ Committee (something that gave me the courage to realize that leadership in sports had risen me to another career path). During my spell – coordinating different sports disciplines on behalf of the District in Roodepoort region – I interacted with many dignified and experienced Sports personalities that encouraged me to start a Sports Management Company that would clearly help the prospective youth to follow sports as a career path. I thought so much about this idea, however it wasn’t very easy to balance both the teaching and running of a Sports Management Company at the same time.
It was not until I landed on a deal in 2015 to connect Ugandan players to Premier Soccer League team Orlando Pirates that I got challenged to make a streamlined arrangement for the players, myself and the club(s) since the intermediary mandate needed official entity. Making the whole story short, I was recommended by one of my colleagues in the GDE Sports Department to attend a SAFA Licence D course which I completed in 2019. This created more connections with yet more prominent coaches, scouts and soccer managers of different teams around Gauteng – which helped me to embark on the previous suggestion to start a management company. In 2020, amidst all the Covid 19 pandemic challenges, we virtually registered the Company. With PSL and Glad Africa teams running their leagues while observing SOPs, the business of Football as a sport had to continue so we also started our operations.

Through our connections with several managers, Scouts and club owners, we were requested to connect some good players in the mid-season of window of 2020. It was hard to connect players coming from outside South Africa but, together with (Coach Samuel Leboko Molefi a.k.a. Speedo), we can gladly confirm the presence of SD Sports International Management since 2021. Our intentions aimed at connecting athletes and players to professional clubs in South Africa, and any other clubs outside South Africa. However, before all athletes and players are accepted for the club signing, all those players and athletes must have signed our consent letters or contracts so that they comply with SD Sports International terms and conditions stipulated in the MOU. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, many clubs felled to invite players in their club names to attend trials in South Africa. It is therefore an additive advantage that SD Sports International Management invites the players which means that all players who come under our names are owned by SD sports as the main agents. Our aim is to work towards the development and promotion of the image of SD Sports International Management locally, and Internationally.I lastly want to use this opportunity to thank the following people who have encouraged us to build SD sports International Management this far; Former Uganda Cranes Internationals Sulaiman Tenywa (senior coaching staff Coordinator in USA) and Eugene Sepuuya (Director, Sepuya Inc Agency in Europe) plus Hussein Ssentamu (a senior Financial consultant), Mark Wome (a Public Relations Consultant), Daphine (a Soccer agent) and Tendo Nictah Musoke (Director tendosport management and Sports Fan Foundation).
Yours sincerely,
David Frank Ssenyonjo
